Reviewer Guidelines

The International Journal of Creative Engineering and Emerging Technologies relies on the expertise and professionalism of reviewers to maintain the quality, integrity, and credibility of published research. These guidelines outline the responsibilities and expectations of reviewers participating in the journal’s peer review process.

1. Role of the Reviewer

Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive, and timely evaluations of submitted manuscripts. Reviews should support editorial decision-making and contribute to the improvement of scholarly work.

2. Review Model

The journal follows a double-blind peer review process. Reviewer and author identities are not disclosed during the review process to ensure impartial assessment.

3. Confidentiality

Manuscripts received for review are confidential documents. Reviewers must not share, discuss, or use the content of a manuscript for personal or professional purposes. All manuscript materials must be treated with strict confidentiality.

4. Conflict of Interest

Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest before accepting a review invitation. Reviewers should decline assignments where a conflict exists, including professional, financial, institutional, or personal relationships that may influence objectivity.

5. Evaluation Criteria

Reviewers are requested to assess manuscripts based on the following academic criteria:

6. Ethical Responsibilities

Reviewers are expected to complete reviews within the specified timeframe. If a reviewer is unable to complete the review on time, the editorial office should be informed promptly.

9. Use of Unpublished Material

Unpublished material disclosed in a manuscript must not be used by reviewers for their own research or professional activities without explicit written consent from the author(s).
