The International Journal of Creative Engineering and Emerging Technologies does not levy any article processing charges or submission fees on authors.

1. No Fees for Authors

The journal does not charge authors for manuscript submission, peer review, editorial processing, publication, or online access. All articles accepted for publication are published without any financial obligation to the authors.

2. Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are based solely on the academic merit, originality, and relevance of submitted manuscripts. The absence of article processing charges does not influence the peer review process or editorial outcomes.

3. Access to Published Content

All published articles are made freely available to readers without subscription or access fees, in accordance with the journal’s open access policy.

4. Transparency

Any changes to this fee policy, should they occur in the future, will be clearly communicated on the journal website prior to implementation. Manuscripts submitted prior to such changes will not be affected.
